This conference is the ninth international meeting sponsored by the International Society for Computing in Civil and Building Engineering (ISCCBE). Following the success of previous ICCCBE conferences, the ICCCBE-IX conference will continue to bring together academics and practicing engineers to promote and exchange ideas, solutions, and experiences across a broad range of A/E/C topics related to Computing and Information Technologies. The aim of this conference is to present and discuss the new challenges in the A/E/C industry in the 21st Century and how advanced computing and information technologies can be used to address these challenges. The ICCCBE-IX organizing committee invites original contributions on completed research and work in progress that address issues defined by the following three dimensions: Computing and Information Technologies (CIT), A/E/C Disciplines, and Phases of the Life-Cycle of A/E/C Products.
